Il Monte" is in the building's upper store. From the windows of the 70mq² apartment one has an unobstructed view on the wood covered hills surrounding the big castle. The apartment features two double bed rooms or beds for 4 people.
The other rooms: living room ( with kitchenette and fireplace), shower equipped bathroom (like the other two apartments). There are also satellite-TV and telephone. As one can see in the pictures most of the old furniture has been recovered, the rest of the rooms has been furnished in the typical Tuscan style.
Thanks to its location on a hill and the massive over 60 cm thick bearing walls all rooms are cool in the summer making air-conidtioning unnecessary and keep in the heat during the winter. The old storeroom located in the basement adjoining the apartments doubles up as breakfast room and is available to guests for their lunches and dinners. The apartment may be rented together with the whole of the country house.
