In the Wine Cellar of Borgo Il Melone our guests can enjoy a wide variety of wines from all the regions of Italy. We focus in particular on the renowned winemaking tradition of Tuscany.
Tuscan red wines are at the core of our selection. Among the most appreciated are Chianti Classico, Nobile di Montepulciano, and Brunello di Montalcino.
Our selection of white wines includes Vernaccia di San Gimignano, one of the most esteemed white wines of Italy, which is produced exclusively in the Borough of San Gimignano (in the province of Siena).
